Great diner style food and fast service. Hidden back off the street behind the Loaf and Jug. Don't miss it

My husband and I LOVED this place. The menu was great, the food was even better, and the service was the best of all! The food came out faster than fast food, but the food was perfectly cooked to order. Our server was as sweet, helpful, and attentive. I could tell the staff knew the regulars, they remembered their names and their orders. The breakfast burritos looked huge and amazing. The Reuben had a ton of fresh sliced/chopped corned beef. Just go! It is worth the trip!

Services were great, I did feel a little rushed when it came to placing my order. I always ask the staff what they believe is good. I was referred to Biscuits and Gravy, breakfast burrito smothered, or the French toast. I ordered the Arvada which was hash browns smothered in green chili topped with shredded cheese and a tortilla, and a Al La cart biscuit and gravy and a cup of coffee and water. The food was satisfying outside of it not being traditionally homemade. You can tell the gravy was from a pack and the green chili tatsed a little sour as if they used canned green chilies. I rate this place a 4.5 just because it's homie, good customer service and not a long wait.

Home cookin' cafe is dependably good breakfast in our neighborhood. It is always bustling with customers and they provide adequate wait staff so waits are not long. We see customers of all ages here and I believe many are regulars. The food is fresh and delicious. The coffee is good although not quite like a gourmet coffee shop- so we come for the food- not a fancy coffee beverage. They have country decor and regular tables and chairs with a few outdoor tables.

Hidden Gem. Think snooze meets steuben's at half price. Sleepy part of Arvada burbs in a plaza across from a gas station, but we're not here for ambiance or even service. But I must say it's one of the few I'd drop a 30% tip and still walk away overwhelmed with satisfaction. Breakfast food exceptional, service genuinely giving. (yes try those oat pancakes!)

I had a delightful breakfast here this morning. The food was delicious but the real treasure was sitting at the bar and chatting with the lovely servers. I even watched on communicate with a deaf customer in ASL. My only sadness is that it's 30 minutes away from my home. Hoping their third location will be near Evergreen someday.

Spacious cafe. A bit cold. Prompt and friendly service. French toast was off the charts! Crepe Florentine was loaded with stuffing. They are on top of coffee refills.
